Cutting and finishing, managed for you
Builders send us the whole job, not just the machined parts. We run waterjet cutting, sheet laser cutting, polishing and anodizing through partners we've vetted, alongside our own machining, so you deal with one shop, one quote and one invoice.
Waterjet cutting
Plate and sheet cut to your DXF without heat distortion, for brackets, backing plates, gussets and trim.
Laser cutting
Fast, clean sheet metal cutting for flat parts in aluminum, stainless and steel, ready to bend, machine or finish.
Polishing
Mirror polish, or our satin finish: polished, brushed, then clear anodized.
Anodizing
Type II in clear, black and colors, and Type III hardcoat, on parts we make or parts you send.

Finishes
- As milled
- Fastest turnaround, about 125 µin Ra. Deburring on request.
- Bead blast
- Smooth, even matte surface.
- Polish
- Mirror polish, or satin: polished, brushed, then clear anodized.
- Anodize
- Type II in clear, black, red, gold and more. Type III hardcoat for wear resistance.
- Cerakote
- Thin-film ceramic coating for hardness and corrosion resistance, in a wide range of colors. We're a Certified Cerakote Applicator.
- Aegis ceramic coating
- Thin-film ceramic finish applied by an Aegis Pro Staff applicator.
- Powder coat
- Durable color in a wide range.
