Freedom jack plates
Manual jack plates for outboards up to 600 HP. Machined from a solid block of 6061 aluminum and anodized to military specification. No hydraulics, no wiring, no pump to fail.
Two setbacks, same plate
The Freedom 2 and Freedom 4 share the same structure, rating and adjustment. They differ in how far they set the engine back and in the transom bolt pattern.

Adjust it on the water
Each plate ships with a 1/2 in. ratcheting wrench on an extended handle. Mounted flush with the top of the transom, the adjuster stays reachable even with the engine in its highest holes.
Greased slides
A grease fitting on the lift block keeps the Delrin slides moving freely after seasons in salt water.
Coated lift bolt
The lift bolt is coated against corrosion, so the adjustment you make in year five turns as easily as the first.
Nothing electrical
No pump, no actuator, no harness through the transom. Fewer parts to fail and nothing to troubleshoot at the ramp.
Independent load testing
Bolts break. Ours don’t.
Imanna Laboratory in Rockledge, Florida, tested a production Freedom jack plate in February 2026 in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. The plate was mounted as installed and run at full extension for a worst-case load.
It held 7,500 lbf proof loads for one minute in each direction with no deformation. Loaded to failure, the mounting bolts sheared at 72,740 lbf vertical and the steel fixture plate failed at 76,190 lbf transverse. The jack plate itself never failed.
Imanna concluded that the plate is suitable for 600 HP engines, with a substantial margin of safety relative to ABYC S-30.
