Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us to obtain an RMA number. Items must be shipped prepaid to American Precision Industries, LLC at the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service.

Eligibility and restocking fee

• Unopened, or opened but unused and unmarked: eligible for a refund, less a restocking fee of at least 15%.
• Opened and used: not eligible for a refund.

All refunds are subject to approval by American Precision Industries management, regardless of the item’s condition.

Products with a defect in material or workmanship are handled under our Limited Warranty. Returns approved under the warranty are not charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we received it and whether your refund was approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the restocking fee.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
